Shipping policy

Fidelitech ("we" and "us") is the operator of onaholeworld.com ("Website"). By placing an order through onaholeworld, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the before-tax price and destination of the items in the order.

Onaholeworld offers

  • free shipping on orders over $69 (CAD/USD) across North America!
  • For orders below $69 (CAD/USD), we offer the following amazing rates to our customers:
    • a flat rate of $9.99 Canadian dollars for Canadian orders
    • a flat rate of $9.99 US dollars for US orders.

2. Dispatch Time

We ship orders via UPS/Purolator/Chichat. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on the destination. We choose

  • UPS for delivery to USA
  • UPS/Purolator/Chitchat for delivery to the rest of GTA & Canada
  • Local Delivery for delivery in Toronto GTA Area

United States

  • Standard Shipping (1-4 Business Days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

Canada

  • Standard Shipping (1-4 Business Days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
  • Toronto GTA Area: Same-day or next-business-day delivery

4. Pre-order Items & items out of stock

If an item within the order is a pre-ordered product or out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your entire order. Existing items in the order will be reserved unless being notified otherwise. Please find the contact information at the bottom of the page if you need available items to be shipped to you.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods at the final checkout stage

6.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be undertaken by onaholeworld, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country

7. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Insurance

8.1 Process for parcel lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
