This hip was bought during the recent promotion period. I do not really write reviews for anything and while this might just be the one I got, I had some QC issues with this hip that you should be aware of if you're thinking of buying this as well. Not to say yours will be like this but mine was.
Right off the bat I was impressed with the realistic skin feel for it being TPE. The heft is definitely a plus for me. BUT...it's really only good for the missionary and lotus positions. Other positions are doable but because of the way the tunnel is angled, it makes it awkward and a bit uncomfortable. The thighs are attached closer to the stomach area (missionary style) and the way it sits forwards does not let it sit right for it to be on top and needs to be positioned a certain way which is unfortunate.
It would deserve a higher rating but out of the box it was peeled/scratched a bit on both sides of the hip. Also there is a patch from the factory still attached beside the left labia, which when removed, hides a hole very close to the tunnel...you can tell it was corrected on the right side but not on the other. This will cause a problem at some point and needs DIY patching. There was also a small tear near the belly button just above the right thigh which would also need to be patched if it opens up more over time. Lastly, in hand, it didn't seem like it matched the manufacturer's pictures and promotional ones completely. The angle it actually sits at is different and the signature was not stamped correctly. The thighs seem shorter and so does the torso compared to the photos. It might just be the way the photos were taken or the lighting it was shot at but it seemed different. Realistically, for close to $400 it's dissapointing and unexpected to get this hip with those QC issues. The other Hashimoto Arina products are pretty well made. Then again they're made of silicone.
While it might seem to be the "same, same but different" version vs the pictures, it does the job despite its faults. The packaging was solid. Thick cardboard was used for the box and had the hip cushioned in foam sheets an wrapped in bubble wrap. The tunnels are pretty easy to clean as well. The insides are decent (feels the almost the same as the tunnel used for the silicone stroker/foot models). The exterior texture around the cheeks and verical smile, + the weight and softness of the TPE add to that realism effect during use. It's truly not a bad hip just has some issues.
